I'm a writer, creative director and first-generation Vietnamese-Texan living in Austin. In my 18+ years in advertising, I spent my career at some of the best agencies in New York. Now, I am a freelance Executive Creative Director and owner of AdsNow! 2. Yes, there’s a 2 at the end.
Some brands I've made ads for are GEICO, Google, DIRECTV, Venmo, Crate&Barrel, MTV Networks, ESPN and the NFL.
Some of my ads have been recognized by Cannes Lions International, The One Show, AICP, The International YoungGuns Awards and D&AD.
Sometimes I get to talk about ads on panels at The 3% Conference, The Female Quotient and NYC Creative Week..
Sometimes I teach classes at The University of Texas about making dumb ads and presenting dumb ads.
I also do interview things.
